Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We are committed to providing an exceptional cleaning service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. In cases where our service fails to provide the expected and agreed-upon results, clients are eligible for a partial or full refund.
